A: Andrea Equine stands for top quality and nothing less. If you find a defect in any of our Andrea Equine branded products, we will immediately replace it or give you a full refund. If you have an issue with one of our products, don't hesitate to Email us

Q: How do "Pre-Orders" work?

A: A pre-order product is indicated by a pre-order button on the product page instead of the standard add to cart button. This system allows you to "save a spot" for an item, as we often ship pre-orders before we restock that item on the site. Orders with pre-order item(s) will ship all together once the pre-order item is back in stock. If you'd like your items in a normal shipping schedule, simply place an order for your in-stock items and then place a separate order for your pre-order items. This ensures that you get your in-stock items without waiting for the pre-order items to be restocked.
