Custom Orders
Update: As of October 2021, we are unfortunately no longer taking custom orders due to global shortages and unknown order timelines. We apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding!
While we only normally stock average size halters, we offer a full range of sizes for all of your equine friends! These are available through our easy custom order process.
Here's how it works
Step 1: Choose your size(s) here. Please measure your horse and confirm the correct size prior to ordering.
Step 2: Choose your color(s) and confirm your zip code for an accurate shipping rate
Step 3: Choose your order method
- No-Rush: Same price as our normally stocked halters, no extra charge. We'll place your order to ship with our normal manufacturing freights. This means that we'll combine shipping with the rest of our inventory being shipped, so there's no extra shipping charge for you. There is no guaranteed ship date since it depends on our manufacturing schedule, but it's typically under a month.
- Rush: $6 fee, we prioritize your halter on our manufacturing schedule and ship it here separately. This typically takes 4-11 business days. The extra charge is simply the extra shipping charge we pay to ship it separately.
Step 4: Send us an email at info@andreaequine.com with the above information to place an order.
Step 5: We'll send you an invoice via email. Once paid, we'll send your order to our manufacturing team!
*Note* custom orders are non cancelable and final sale. We're happy to replace your halter if there's an issue with craftsmanship, an error in sizing, etc. It is the customer's responsibility to order the correct size, measurements can be found here: https://andreaequine.com/pages/rope-halter-sizing
